Magnificant March

 We had great fun this month in Room 15 !

We made pancakes for Pancake Tuesday....

We watched the school band practice for the St Patrick's Day 
Parade.







We even got to visit a Garden Centre . We had so much fun and we learnt lots. 

This month we have been doing lots of PE such as Dance and GAA. We really love PE in room 15.







We even got a visit from Garda Seamus, who came into talk to us about road safety. We were given important jobs as Seatbelt Sheriffs.  Garda Seamus even brought his Garda van to show us. It was really cool!

Fun in February

This month we have been learning about houses and homes. In Aistear we are learning all about the Estate Agents and all the different types of houses.
We even got to create our own houses!

We also have been learning about Spring and all the lovely animals and flowers that appear in Springtime. We cant wait to go out and explore the signs of spring on our nature walk.

For our Art we created lovely Daffodils. We really like Daffodils in Room 15 and all the lovely colours we got to use.

Welcome to Room 15

 We have been very busy in Room 15. 

 This Month we are learning about the Post Office. We are really enjoying our time role playing as postmen and postwomen.         
We even created out own postage stamps. It was really fun looking at all the different designs we came up with. Here are some of the stamps we created !

We have been looking at old and new toys. We talked about toys that we play with and toys that our parents played with and even out grandparents. We were amazed to see how some toys were similar and how some have changed a lot.

       

We decided to draw some of our favourite toys that we play with. We love our toys !

Our teacher read us the story of the gingerbread man. It is a great story. Our favourite line is "Run run as fast as you can, you cant catch me I'm the Gingerbread Man."

We made our own Gingerbread Man.

This month we have been learning about Éadaí in Irish. It is such a fun topic and we love speaking Irish and we always try our best to speak it .
